Josh Wigler is one of the main co-hosts on Post Show Recaps, a co-host of Survivor Know-it-Alls during Survivor: Cambodia, and one of the co-authors of The Evolution of Strategy. Starting in Survivor: Kaôh Rōng, he also co-hosted The Wiggle Room, a weekly podcast with Rob Cesternino.

Bio[]

According to Wigler's bio on Post Show Recaps:[1] "Josh Wigler is an entertainment journalist who has covered The Walking Dead, Game of Thrones, Lost, 24 and more for a variety of outlets including MTV News, DigitalTrends.com and Vulture. He once interviewed Kermit the Frog about The Avengers and The Hunger Games, and hung out with Daryl Dixon and Ted the teddy bear during New Year's... so, you know, he's kind of a big deal."

Rob Has a Podcast[]

Survivor[]

Josh first appeared on Rob Has a Podcast during Survivor: One World, when he was then covering it for MTV. He then began to blog for Rob Has a Website during Survivor: Caramoan, Survivor: Blood vs. Water, and Survivor: Cagayan with his column "Wiggle Room." Starting in Cagayan, Wigler began to cover Survivor for Parade Magazine. Due to his journalist experience, he has covered for Rob on several Survivor podcasts, such as Vytas Baskuaskas's exit interview in Blood vs. Water, an episode of Know-it-Alls during Survivor: Worlds Apart, and both Andrew Savage's exit interview and a recap podcast with Marty Piombo during Cambodia.

Due to his work with Rob on The Evolution of Strategy (see below), Wigler was chosen to step in on Survivor Know-it-Alls during Cambodia due to fellow Know-it-All Stephen Fishbach competing on the season. During the filming of Cambodia, he also got to go out on location to interview the cast and production team and take part in several challenges.

Wigler has appeared on the voicemails segment of recap podcasts during Blood vs. Water[2], Cagayan[3], San Juan Del Sur[4], and Worlds Apart[5]. He also has co-hosted a preseason podcast called "7 Things You Need to Know" and a postseason wrap-up podcast every season since Cagayan. Other Survivor podcast appearences include the "Survivor All-Time Most Underrated Player Draft" offseason podcast in June 2014[6], a live reaction show to the announcement of the Cambodia season,[7] and a 30 seasons ranking.[8]

Post Show Recaps[]

He is also one of the co-hosts of "Most Shows Recapped," a podcast that takes a look at a different show/special/pop culture entity every week with Rob Cesternino and Antonio Mazzaro.
